The Sweetlix Classic Cow-Calf family of minerals is formulated to maximize the performance of beef cows and heifers on forage-based diets. Most of the Classic Cow-Calf minerals are fortified at 6% phosphorus with 150% of NRC requirements of trace minerals and vitamins, plus superior weatherability (RainBloc®) and palatability. This version of Classic Cow-Calf contains the additive Shade, which helps alleviate heat stress in cattle during the summer months.
SWEETLIX® Classic Cow-Calf Shade Mineral is a mineral scientifically formulated to be self-fed. SWEETLIX® Classic Cow-Calf Shade Mineral helps your animals attain maximum performance by providing a balanced intake of supplemental minerals and vitamins.
Feed at the rate of 2 to 4 ounces per head per day. Provide one covered mineral feeder for every 20 to 30 animals. Locate each mineral feeder near a clean, fresh source of water. Mineral consumption levels will vary depending upon the mineral status of the animals. Provide fresh, clean water to all animals at all times.
